“My journey began as a driver. At that time, I didn’t speak any foreign languages, but I was determined to learn. I first studied tourism and hospitality at a technical school, where I discovered the beauty, history, and culture of my country. After graduating, I joined my first tourism company, where I spent four years gaining valuable experience. I then worked for another company for three more years, continuing to improve my knowledge and customer service skills.”
